Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what information the NeuraPBX website (neurapbx.com) collects and how we use it. It is separate from the NeuraPBX software you deploy — see “Your self-hosted deployment” below.
Information we collect
- Details you submit. When you use a form on this site (Contact / Book a Demo, or the early-access list), we collect the information you provide — such as your name, work email, organization, and message.
- Technical data. To operate the site and prevent abuse, we process your IP address and browser user-agent when you submit a form.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or demo request.
- To add you to the early-access list and notify you when access opens, if you asked us to.
- To detect and prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
How your data is processed
Form submissions are handled by a Cloudflare Worker and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Emails (such as replies and early-access notifications) are sent through Resend. Automated bot protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Some page assets — web fonts and icons — are loaded from Google Fonts and a public CDN (cdnjs), which receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
Your self-hosted deployment
NeuraPBX is software you run on your own hardware or servers. Your call recordings, voicemail, transcripts, caller details, and configuration stay on your infrastructure — we do not receive, store, or process them. AI features can run entirely locally, so call audio and transcripts need never leave your network. For the data your NeuraPBX system handles, you are the data controller.
Retention & your rights
We keep website enquiry and early-access data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted through this site. To make a request, contact us.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
